If you are 18 or older and need help with a non-emergency illness, RescueMD offers online sick visits for $105. Before scheduling, our team checks your symptoms and where you will physically be during the appointment to make sure a telehealth visit is appropriate and a clinician can see you in that state. You do not need insurance to request the visit.
Our current service states are Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Jersey, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Texas. You must be in one of these states at the time of the visit, and an appropriately licensed clinician must be available for your location. Our scheduling team will confirm eligibility before payment and the appointment. Our physical office is in Allen, Texas; the online visit does not require travel there.
Request an appointment and describe the main concern. The team reviews whether your symptoms can be assessed remotely and confirms your location. If online care fits, you receive a secure payment link and intake forms. The sick-visit fee is $105, paid before the visit. You then receive a secure video link to meet with a clinician and discuss your symptoms, history and treatment options.
If a test or prescription is clinically appropriate, the clinician will explain the next step and can arrange orders or send a prescription to a pharmacy when permitted. A prescription is never guaranteed. Laboratory tests and medications are charged separately from the $105 visit. Ask about any likely additional cost before proceeding.
An online visit may be useful for a cold or flu-like illness, allergies, a minor rash or another concern that can be assessed without hands-on examination. Some symptoms require a physical exam, testing or urgent treatment. The team may recommend in-person care after reviewing your request or during the visit.
Do not use this service for a medical emergency. If you have severe trouble breathing, chest pain, stroke symptoms or another emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.
