DIETITIAN AND NUTRITIONIST MEMBERSHIP

RescueMD is a medical practice with medical providers such as physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, exercise physiologists and registered dietitians.

In response to huge demand from our patients, we decided to put together a membership program for our patients who need dietary and nutritional guidance. Think of this as a food boot camp.

How much is it? $399 for 6 months. You heard it right, not $399/month but $399 for all 6 months.

So whats included in this?

A baseline televisit to start
Weekly check in’s via our proprietary app
Communication with the registered dietitian via our app.
Another televisit at month 3
Meal logging via our proprietary app
Last televisit at month 6

How does this work?

You request an appointment via our website or email.
RescueMD member calls to schedule the appointment.
The team member then gathers all the necessary information and send you a payment link.
Once the payment is made, your appointment is scheduled.
Prior to the appointment, some forms will be sent out. It is important that these forms are filled prior to the appointment or the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
On the day of the appointment, you will receive a link to join the televisit.
The registered dietitian will discuss your case with you and grant you access to the app. She will also discuss how to use the app and make follow up appointments for you on that day.
Moving forward, prior to your next televisit you will communicate with the dietitian via our app.
