Kristen Lund, PA-C, BSN, RN, is a board-certified physician assistant at RescueMD Allen. She was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated high school in Plano.
She earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Arkansas, and then went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University. Most recently, Kristen achieved her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University in Arkansas. She received her Texas license in 2021.
She enjoys spending her time off with her husband, Nick, and their two very energetic Aussies. Together they enjoy hiking, camping, rooting on the Razorbacks, traveling, and spending time with their families and friends. She also enjoys yoga and watching gymnastics.
Kristen believes in building strong relationships with her patients and strives to provide patient-centered care to all. She has an interest in the common diseases that increasingly affect men and women today, such as hypertension, diabetes, and mental health. She is currently working on her Obesity Medicine certification. Kristen is happy to join the team at RescueMD. She is currently accepting patients at our Allen location.
