WEIGHT LOSS MEMBERSHIPS

RescueMD is a trusted medical practice with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and dietitians on staff. As part of our commitment to serving our patients. We have decided to start offering all-inclusive packages for weight loss.

Our weight loss memberships include baseline labs, 1 monthly virtual visit with a physician assistant or nurse practitioner and your GLP-1 medication. We offer compounded tirzepatide (same active ingredient as wegovy) and semaglutide (same active ingredient as Ozempic).

How does this work?

You request an appointment online or via phone and a friendly staff member will contact you to confirm the appointment and discuss the program with you.
If it sounds like something you would be interested in, you would then confirm the medication you are interested in. Your staff member will confirm if you want to partake in a month-to-month membership or if you want to bundle to save some money.
You will be sent a payment link and scheduled. Your payment must be made prior to the appointment. Upon receipt of your payment, you will be sent your paperwork which has to be filled prior to the date of your appointment. Please ensure that the paperwork is filled prior as the appointment will be rescheduled if all forms are not completed
You will get an appointment link on the day of your appointment to join the appointment.
It is very important that you weigh yourself right before the appointment.
Your provider will join the link at the allotted time. The medical provider will then discuss your treatment options with you and order your baseline labs with your local Quest. She will also order your medication at this time. She will also schedule your follow up appointment a month after this visit and set realistic expectations for the visit.
Your medication will get mailed out to your specified address and you will receive enough medication to last you for the month.
Your local Quest labs will have your lab order electronically and all you’d need to do is go in to complete the labs.
Please ensure your labs (on empty stomach) are completed before the next visit.
A few days prior to your next visit, your card on file will be charged for the monthly membership. Alternatively, if we do not have a card on file, a new pay link will be sent to you.
